Moderated by Sally Derstine, Managing Partner, Delaware Valley Family Business Center, the event was held on Wednesday, March 14th bringing together over fifty community members in conversation highlighting many of the key categories for long-term employee success, including training and development, staff recognition, health & wellness, and long-term vision.
