The presentation on Sensitivity Awareness in a time of #MeToo lets attendees take another look at their workplace and provide tools to help build more inclusive environments that address not only Anti-Harassment and Anti-Retaliation but also Unconscious Biases; biases that many of us are unaware we are allowing to creep into our decision making processes. In light of today’s heightened awareness of Me 2, we will share real-life examples and provide recommendations that will help attendees address things that may be coming up in their management of every day human resources issues.
This session is highly engaging and interactive, not just another lecture about the do’s and don’ts of anti-harassment!
