Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce is forming an HR Roundtable group.  Whether you are a small business of 1 or 2 employees or large business with many employees you face an avalanche of HR changes and issues.


We want to provide a forum in which to exchange information and have your questions answered.  The kick off lunch meeting will be held Tuesday, August 31, 12 noon at Franconia Heritage Banquet & Conference Center, 508 Harleysville Pike, Franconia, PA 18924.

The purpose of this initial meeting is two-fold, in addition to responding to questions, we will discuss how the group would like to organize itself to best fit your needs.  This includes determining the best format, schedule of meetings, discussion topics, etc.  Theresa Schwartzer, VP, Director of Human Resources and Janet Whitehead, VP, Assistant Director of Human Resources, both of Univest will facilitate the meeting.
